Wide Awake is looking for a new Junior Business affairs in Amsterdam! We’re looking for someone who can assist the Head of Business affairs and the rest of our Legal Team.

Description

As a Junior Business Affairs, you’ll draft, review and modify contracts (and other contractual instruments) to assist and support various business activities. You will handle legal documents, assist in securing corporate and business licenses and identify and act on emerging legal affairs and changes.

You will provide current and relevant legal policy, practice and information to relevant functions. Also, you will work with external lawyers on cases if required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable University
• Speak English fluently (Dutch is a plus)!
• Must be able to handle complex and challenging assignments with short turnaround deadlines
• English proficiency preferably expertise in legal writing (contract, legal documents)
• Experienced in contract drafting and IP Law is a plus
• High learnability
• You preferably live in or near Amsterdam
• Full time availability (40 hours per week)
