We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our innovative A&R team at Wide Awake! We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Senior A&R to join our growing team. You will be tasked with identifying new talent and top sales targets, managing the signing and A&R process and executing sales strategy.

You will work with an amazing team that’s both ambitious and professional. Your role will involve communication with internal departments, artists management, as well as logistical duties. You will identify key targets and new talent, build and maintain strong relationships with artists and managers, oversee the delivery of repertoire and contribute to the domestic and global A&R strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience and vast knowledge and understanding of music
• An amazing ear and hunger for new music discovery
• Able to maintain relationships and evaluate talent
• Self-motivated and a great communicator
• Excellent communication skills, time management and attention to detail
• Commercial awareness of the market and music industry developments
• Able to prioritize and handle confidential information
• Able to handle high volumes of phone calls, mail and requests
• Clear and confident communicator
• Speak English fluently (Dutch is a plus)!
• Preferably live in or near Stockholm
• Full time availability (40 hours per week)
